The life of a 4 year old

The other day Scotlynn was suffering from some allergies and was coughing and sneezing.  She said to her grammy, "Today I've got the coughs and the bless you's."

When we were leaving Great Grandma Dorothy's house Scotlynn was giving everyone hugs and kisses.  After kissing Grandma Dorothy she said, "yuck!  I don't like your kisses."

A few days later when we were going back to Grandma Dorothy's she got another kiss from Grandma, this time she said, "I love your kisses."

Scotlynn's preschool teacher shared a story with us.  Miss Jazzy is a lovely black woman that Scotlynn loves.
  She was rubbing Scotlynn's back during nap time one day and Scotlynn was absent mindedly rubbing her teacher's arm.  "I like chocolate.  Do you like chocolate Miss Jazzy?"

"Yes, sometimes."

"My favorite color is chocolate brown.  I love you chocolate brown."

Miss Jazzy said she thought it was one of the cutest things she's heard.
