Day 09 – A picture of the person who has gotten you through the most.
This would have to be my best friend. The one person who has been there through it all: death, birth, new friends, old friends, loosing friends, depression, bi-polar disorder, crazy family, no money, car accidents, revelations, children, surgeries. I wonder if he knew what he was getting into when he said, "I do." He has seen me at my best and my worst and he's still here. God bless my best friend and lover, E.
"Here is the good news: When you flourish, you become more you. You become more that person God had in mind when he thought you up. You don't just become holier. You become you-ier." John Ortberg This is a place where I process becoming the me I want to be. This is where you can join me in becoming more me-ier.

My 10
It's been a while since I've posted my 10 so here goes.

1. Knowing that despite our differences my parents love me for who I am.
2. a husband who gets up with puking kids at 2 in the morning because I can't rouse myself.
3. God's perfect timing
4. God's provision
5. playing at the park with my kids in November
6. being able to hear the barking dog next door, at least I have my hearing
7. my bi-monthly visit from aunt flo ( I"m not sure why I'm thankful for this, but the bible says "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God.")
8. not just knowing I am loved, but feeling it.
9. being in a different place than I was a year ago
10. my band of sisters who love me as I am, but are willing to help me change when I need it
