Revisiting September

I love photography. The saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" really speaks to my soul. A picture is like being there for yourself, it provides a chance to freeze a moment in time and revisit again and again. Today I present for your viewing pleasure a few moments from our month of September. Enjoy! And leave comments. I love your comments!

Scotlynn and Dante walking to school in the rain.
She insisted on wearing her pink wedding dress and everyone
thought she looked like a princess.

We were able to enjoy a couple of wonderfully relaxing days at the Wilson Ranch.

We've been saving up our stale bread all summer and finally went to the park to feed
the ducks. It was a lot of fun. These two guys were following Scotlynn around looking
for some more bread. They eventually found Dante with a large chucnk of bread still.
He thought it was funny when they bit him trying to get it out of his hand.

Eric volunteered to spend an hour in the dunk tank to raise money for the Jeffco
Explorers program. He was a good sport about it. Each one of our kids was able
to dunk him, even if it meant they got to just walk up and hit the target
with their hands. -Photo courtesy of Noah Bryant

A friend from far away sent me roses.
They are so bright and sunny and a reminder to me of how God answers prayer.
